I provide 1-2-1 business consultations, where I give as much advice, support, ideas and encouragement as we can squeeze in to a power hour session.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops on a variety of topics, including: personal growth, leadership, management, managing change, managing restructuring, enhancing employee engagement, building trust in teams, strategic planning and return to work.
TRAINING
I can deliver bespoke team training to suit your business needs, helping you change your game delivered on client site or other venue to suit the needs of the business.

Marie Thompson is a credible, qualified & experienced Business Management Consultant and an Academic in Business Management specialising in Leadership, Management, People Management and Organisational Behaviour.
With a 1st Class degree in Business and HR Management, a MSc in Business & HR Management, a CIPD Advance Diploma, fellow of the HEA and along with over 8 years experience of consulting, coaching, mentoring Marie has vast knowledge and experience in supporting you.
Marie is a member of the CIPD and a Chartered Fellow of the CMI.
